Afternoon Shift Driver Manager

We are currently hiring an DAY-SHIFT DRIVER MANAGER to join our OPERATIONS TEAM in London.



  • Participate in and support driver retention initiatives
  • Maintain fair and equitable distribution of work
  • Communicate dispatch information as required
  • Monitor driver performance/miles and reefer requirements
  • Monitor and respond to driver satellite messages
  • Support with the development of the required driver skills i.e.: Customs, Hazmat, hours of service, policy, regulations, satellites, etc.
  • Form solutions regarding any driver concerns
  • Assist with driver inquiries - payroll, miles etc. Update customer websites relative to the position/shift
  • Communicate & problem solve with external customers
  • Planning maintenance and Customs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform check sheet audits required by customer
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Knowledge of truckload dispatch an asset
  • ACE and Customs/border crossing experience
  • AS400/ICC experience an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Creative and effective problem solving ability
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate level computer skills and proficient keyboarding
  • Understanding of North American geography


Monday to Friday ~ 1 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
