The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Risk Management Department. In this role, you will participate and advise in the contract review process and manage existing contracts. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing and detail oriented individual who is enthusiastic and can clearly communicate to diverse audiences. Organization and attention to detail are crucial in this role.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract formation and review for various areas within the organization
  • Work with various team members to review and comment on client/supplier contracts
  • Process contracts for signing in accordance with authority Matrix
  • Work with the sales department and operations team to ensure work execution is within the agreed scope
  • Correspondence and records management
  • Dispute resolution, claims administration and management
  • Contract renewal
  • Share knowledge of contracting practices and processes with functional departments

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in administration/ management or equivalent in a fast paced environment
  • Previous knowledge and experience working with contracts and or insurance
  • Secondary School diploma 
  • Completed post-secondary education in a business administration / commerce or similar discipline would be an asset
  • Supplementary training in supply chain management, contract law for business administrators or equivalent would be an asset
  • Transportation industry experience would be an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a high level of organization and sense of urgency
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with internal and external customers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Service Orientated


  • Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
