Temporary Contract (10-12 months)

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm OR 8:00am – 4:00pm

Work Arrangement:
On-site

Compensation:
Hourly rate: $19.00 - $21.00

Key Accountabilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Scan and upload supporting documents into system
  • Complete trips in the system in a timely manner
  • Monitor and review EDI orders
  • Provide backup documents to customers upon request
  • Apply and enter additional charges into the system as required
  • File and manage CP driver paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings:

Education & Experience:
  • 1+ years administrative experience
  • Transportation experience is an asset
Skills & Attributes:
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • A commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
