Role Summary:
Reporting to the Pricing Admin Manager, the Pricing Clerk is responsible for responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of customer pricing agreements, responding to pricing-related inquiries, and ensuring accurate billing information within internal systems.

In this role, you will:
- Maintain and update customer rate agreements, tariffs, and pricing information within internal systems to support accurate billing and invoicing
- Review and validate pricing data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to pricing-related inquiries from customers, Sales, Operations, and other internal departments via telephone and email
- Support the preparation, administration, and implementation of customer pricing agreements and rate updates
- Investigate invoice discrepancies, pricing adjustments, and billing concerns to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Pricing Administration team and cross-functional departments to support daily operations and continuous process improvement
- Assist with maintaining organized and accurate pricing records, documentation, and reporting
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced transportation environment while meeting deadlines and service expectations
- Provide general administrative support to the Pricing department as required
- Perform other duties as required
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Education & Experience:
- Secondary school diploma required
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field is considered an asset
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry is considered an asset
- Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or accounting processes is preferred
